BUTTON TECH CHEESE GRATER FINS

You know that sensation when a beautiful block of Wisconsin's finest is about to get shredded through the grater? Each slice so fluidly created by a simple motion. Ever wonder what would happen with that same contraption on the water? Magical things. Mad scientists in tiny white lab coats created a fin with side perforations allowing small particles of water to pierce through the side of the fin. The result is a set of fins that would ride loose on one setting, and really locked in when those same two fins were reversed.
