Catching Snakes On Bangkok's Hidden Jungle Island!

Did you know Bangkok is full of snakes!? We crossed the Chao Phraya River at night to explore Bang Kachao, the hidden jungle island in the middle of Bangkok. Armed with torches, we went night herping for snakes and ended up finding water snakes, green tree snakes, vipers, and even a rare wild cobra. Along the way we also spotted frogs, turtles, and other jungle wildlife. One of the wildest nights I've had in 20 years of living here exploring nature in Bangkok.
