After living in Thailand for 20 years and exploring islands all over the country, I finally spent 72 hours in Koh Tao and in my opinion, this is Thailand’s best island. It’s small, easy to get around, insanely beautiful, and still feels untouched, with crystal clear blue water and some of the best scuba diving in Thailand and the world. In just 3 days we went cliff jumping, hiking, scuba diving, and I even earned my Advanced Open Water diving license and did my first night dive.
