Some advice๐
๐this is my personal mobility flow for recovery or on a rest day
Release your back & neck
๐ open up your shoulders and mobilize them
๐stretch and mobilize your lower back
๐cat & cow is a great excercise for this, by rounding and stretching your back!
๐focus on your breathing for an extra stretch and release
๐add some rotation with โthread the needleโ
๐ mobilize your hamstrings & hips
๐flow around with some dynamic stretches / movements and see what feels best for you!
