AIR BACKROLL ▫️Short and slightly aggressive cut ▫️Build up tension using your bodyweight to lean against the cable ▫️keep your hands close to your hip ▫️elbows bent around 90 degrees ▫️Weight distributed slightly more on rear leg ▫️Kick the heel of your front foot down and sidewards into the water ▫️Look around your front shoulder to initiate the backroll ▫️keep your arms locked in during the release ▫️Keep looking around your front shoulder ▫️And keep pulling the handle to your front hip ▫️to finish the backroll rotation in the air ▫️Bend your knees and absorb the landing BACKROLL TO REVERT ▫️Short and slightly aggressive cut ▫️Build up tension using your bodyweight to lean against the cable ▫️keep your hands close to your hip ▫️elbows bent around 90 degrees ▫️Weight distributed slightly more on rear leg ▫️Kick the heel of your front foot down and sidewards into the water ▫️Look around your front shoulder to initiate the backroll ▫️keep your arms locked in during the release ▫️Keep looking around your front shoulder ▫️And keep pulling the handle to your front hip ▫️let go your front hand ▫️Bring your rear hip forward to perform the additional frontside 180 ▫️Bend your knees and absorb the landing to land to revert BACK MOBE ▫️ short and slightly more aggressive edge than for a Backroll ▫️Slightly more weight on back leg for a better rotation ▫️After you completed the backroll keep pulling your handle to the front hip and keep looking around your front shoulder to continue the rotation ▫️Pass the handle behind your back and bend the knees to absorb the landing BACK MOBE 540 ▫️same instructions like Back Mobe, but try to edge & release a bit harder to create even more upwards pop ▫️perform it close to the corner ▫️be quick when doing the frontside 540 rotation 💫ENJOY THE PROCESS 💫
