🔸Start your cut slightly inside the cable
🔸Progressive edge to build up tension
🔸lean against the cable, handle close to your hip, bend your elbows around 90 degrees
🔸Kick the heel of your front foot down and backwards into the water
🔸Put your head onto your front shoulder to initiate the frontflip
🔸Bend your knees
🔸Pull the handle to your hip
🔸Absorb the landing

FRONTFLIP TO REVERT (Frontflip + Frontside 180)
🔸Start your cut slightly inside the cable
🔸Progressive edge to build up tension

✨after performing the Frontflip rotation- at the highest point - pull the handle to your hip
✨initiate the frontside 360 by looking around your front shoulder and keep pulling the handle to your hip
✨pass the handle behind your back
✨keep your weight over your board and absorb the landing by bending your knees
